Cost and method of payment: $575.00, forward a check in the amount of $575.00 to "Alternative Dispute Resolution, LLC" and mail to P.O. Box 4446, Orlando, Florida32802-4446 or submit payment with Visa/Mastercard. For payments with Visa/Mastercard submit information for processing on the "Registration" page. Pay before April 6, 2012 and pay $525.00.

Full time students, government and military who pay before or on April 6, 2012 will only pay $475.00 total.

Cancellation Policy:
Please carefully review this Cancellation Policy since no exceptions will be made. Cancellations must be in writing and received by Arve Wikstrom at the aforementioned address no later than 6 April 2012 on receipt of the written cancellation, all registration fees paid will be refunded, less a $350.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after April 6, 2012and your registration fee is forfeited.We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled training and, if this occurs, a full refund will be provided to those who have registered.
