Licensed Florida Lawyers - Course is approved for 9 General CLER credits by the Florida Bar 

Prerequisite (Homework): Students must read the following;

• Florida Rules of Court for Certified and Court Appointed Mediators. Direct link at;   click here for flcourts.org  
• Florida Rules of Civil Procedure Rules 1.700 thru 1.830. Direct link at; click here
• Students must sign and submit an affidavit at the start of class regarding the homework assignment. Direct link at;   AFFIDAVITforCountyMediationTraining.doc

• Friday, 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm
• Saturday, 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm
• Sunday. 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm

Cost and method of payment: $495.00, forward a check in the amount of $495.00 to "Alternative Dispute Resolution, LLC" and mail to P.O. Box 4446, Orlando, Florida 32802-4446 or submit payment with Visa/Mastercard. For payments with Visa/Mastercard submit information for processing on the "Registration" page.

Refund Policy: Refunds can be made up to 2 weeks prior to class start date.   No refunds 2 weeks prior to class start date.
