Alternative Dispute Resolution, LLC is offering Arve Wikstrom's certified county mediation training program.  

Class: Florida Supreme Court County Mediation Training (20 Hours)

Date: Friday, October 3 thru Sunday, October 5, 2008

Scope: The Florida Supreme Court County Mediation Training course is a pre-requisite class in order to become a Certified Florida Supreme Court County Mediator. Location: Orlando, Florida

Facility: Orlando City Hall, 2nd Floor in the Agenda Conference Room

Prerequisite (Homework): Students must read the following;

• Florida Stature Chapter 44. Direct link at; click here   for official internet site of the Florida Legislator.
• Florida Rules of Court for Certified and Court Appointed Mediators. Direct link at;   click here for flcourts.org  
• Students must   sign and submit an affidavit at the start of class regarding the homework assignment. Direct link at; click here

Schedule:

• Friday, October 3, 2008 - 6:00 pm thru 10:00 pm
• Saturday, October 4, 2008 - 8:00 am thru 9:30 pm
• Sunday, October 5, 2008 - 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm

Lunch provided to students on Saturday and Sunday.

Cost and method of payment: $495.00, forward a check in the amount of $495.00 to "Alternative Dispute Resolution, LLC" and mail to P.O. Box 4446, Orlando, Florida 32802-4446.

Method of Enrollment: Enclosed with your check provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and the class date you are enrolling. In the alternative go to the "Registration" page at http://altdispute.com/7.html   and complete the enrollment form.  

Refund Policy: Refunds can be made on or prior to September 19, 2008. No refunds after September 20, 2008

In order for the training to be conducted there must be a minimum of 9 paid enrollees prior to Friday, September 19, 2008. If the training is not conducted due to less than 9 enrollees the enrollees will receive a full refund.
